I had a lovely time enjoying the huge pool and sipping cappuccinos during breakfast. The spa services and clean poolside area really helped me unwind after a long day. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection, but overall, it was great

The spa facilities on site, the large room with pool view. It was good for us as we were on our way to Phi Phi and only had two nights there. The staff was very helpful explaining where everything is. If you want a tour or a day trip, I suggest booking it on a beach instead of the resort. There is also a bank near the hotel, where you can use the ATM or exchange money, they have pretty good rates and there is also a small supermarket for basic needs. Really nice pool and good breakfast, the rest of the food served at the hotel restaurant is just ok. I would suggest going to one of the restaurant on the premises outside the hotel itself.
The closest beach is 20 minutes away, not good for a long stay.

The location is perfect for boat enthusiasts, with great dining options nearby, although not ideal for beach access. The Premier Beautiful Room was spacious, but the breakfast was underwhelming, lacking freshness in some items. A notable downside was the distance from the resort wing to the main hotel, which can be a challenge with mobility issues.

Location is not good for staying in Phuket, but the best for transiting between the airport & the ferry pier to Phi Phi island, which was our case. No elevator making stairs with luggage a sweaty experience! Poor buffet breakfast, limied choice, very asian style, not adapted to western taste. Nice swimming pool & good water temperature!

The pool at this hotel is big and very nice. Besides that we had a nice room, very spacy and with a good view on the pool. Breakfast was good, a good variety on western style food (and thai offcourse ;).
The location! In the surrounding of the hotel there is nothing to see. Phucket town or Patong beach is reachable by taxi, but will cost you a couple hundred BTH. There is also the possiblity to take the public bus, which not many foreigers seem to do, which will set you back 30 BTH (for pucket town) and 55 BTH for Patong. So if you like to visiting towns don't choose this hotel, but for relaxing at the pool or a transfer night to Phucket airport this hotel is nice.

marina views and convenient access to nearby attractions
I loved how the beautiful marina views set the perfect backdrop for my strolls, and having multiple restaurants and a mini-shopping center just 200 meters away made it so easy to enjoy the local scene without needing to travel far. The staff were also friendly was great, although the hotel could improve their late checkout flexibility to accommodate guests better.

Hotel's tourism packages are not attractive; but expensive.

Everything was EXCELLENT, highly courteous staff, lovely views of the marina. Location: the hotel was short walk to OLD Phuket Town, restaurant and the canal and buildings. The place was located away from hustle and bustle.
Cannot find any fault.

There was a choice of "in resort restaurants". The place was quiet and pleasant enough.
My room was a suite away from the main hotel and was a bit too Spartan for me.

relatively cheap, pleasant pool area,
Guards at gate rude, aggreesive and very unhelpful. They prevented you from driving a motorbike to the hotel, so had to walk or wait for a buggy to arrive. Bathroom was mouldy and the room smelled damp and had dated styling.
